All orders are shipped from our atelier in Paris, France via UPS standard.
Complimentary stardard shipping is offered on all orders.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.

You may use this number to follow your shipment directly through the UPS website.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

While we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping, international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Once an order has been handed to UPS, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will always assist in resolving any delivery issues.

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
